Products and Services
The items displayed on Jamon-Iberico.eu indicate personalized availability and delivery times for their sale. Under no circumstances will out-of-stock products be intentionally offered for sale. However, occasionally and due to circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that products offered for sale may be out of stock, and orders in progress may not be fulfilled. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed. Partial cancellation of an order due to lack of availability does not imply cancellation of the entire order, although the customer will always have the final decision regarding cancellation.
All products include the corresponding taxes (10% VAT). Shipping costs are excluded from the price and will be calculated upon adding items to the cart. The customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. To the initial price shown on the website for each product offered, the applicable shipping fees will be added. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the customer before finalizing the purchase.
Order Formalization
Once the order has been finalized, and the customer has accepted the general terms and conditions and confirmed the purchase process, Jamon-Iberico.eu will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
Shipping Conditions
At Jamon-Iberico.eu, all shipments are handled by a transportation agency (see Delivery Conditions). Your order is protected and insured against damage or loss, which means that in case of any incident, it will be replaced at no additional cost. If the customer detects any damage to the package, it is recommended to note this in the observations section of the delivery receipt upon receiving the package.
Shipments are notified to the customer via email at the time of dispatch. The transportation company commits to making up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they will leave a notice with instructions on how to contact them.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated when products are added to the cart and depend on the delivery address. The shipping cost will be determined based on the weight, and rates are unified for any location within mainland Spain and Portugal. For the Balearic Islands, there will be an additional charge. Delivery Time
The delivery time indicated for each product is approximate, and in case of delays due to stock issues, the customer will be informed of the new delivery time. Products will display the delivery time in business days, counted from the order formalization or payment confirmation. Each delivery is considered completed once the transportation company makes the product available to the customer.
All shipments are made by default with the carrier's standard service. If the customer requires a guaranteed delivery time, they can optionally choose an upgraded shipping service by paying the difference.
If, after 7 business days from the delivery attempt, the delivery cannot be made, the package will be returned, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any potential management fees incurred. The customer must verify the condition of the package with the courier, noting any anomalies in the packaging on the delivery receipt.

Return Policy
All the products we sell at Jamon-Iberico.eu come with the proven quality of the best producers from the Consorcio de Jabugo. However, if they do not meet your satisfaction, we are committed to exchanging the item or refunding your money. To process your return request, the customer must notify us through the contact form within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
Conditions for returning hams/shoulders and Iberian sausages:
- When the product emits a bad odor after being opened (hams/shoulders).
- When it emits a bad odor upon opening the vacuum-sealed packaging (Iberian sausages).
- Keep the original packaging, manufacturer's wrapping, label, and/or quality seal.
- Retain the delivery note or manufacturer’s document included with your order that specifies the exact weight of the piece.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- For sliced ham and sausage products when the vacuum-sealed plastic has been opened (usually 80-100g packages).
- Iberian hams and shoulders may contain 40-50% fat based on their total weight, which is not a reason accepted by the company for a return.
- If the products have lost their label or quality seal, as we cannot guarantee traceability or authenticity to confirm they are our products.
- When more than 15% of the product's initial weight has been consumed in the case of a ham or shoulder.
- For hygiene reasons, returns of Iberian sausages (pork loin, salchichón, chorizo, morcón) will not be accepted unless they are returned in their vacuum-sealed packaging and with labels intact.
Other considerations
- The level of saltiness in hams and shoulders is subjective and depends on personal preference. We kindly ask that you consider this when evaluating a potential claim.
- Regarding under or over-curing, hams and shoulders require 3-7 days to release the conservation properties of the cellar. Flavor and aroma will improve over time, allowing you to assess the level of curing. Acorn-fed hams and shoulders are always juicier, a factor to consider without detracting from their quality.
- If Jamon-Iberico.eu confirms that the issue is not caused by improper slicing of the piece, which could result in excessive fat, the product will not be eligible for return after its removal and use.
- Shipping costs (and return costs, if applicable) will not be refunded for returns. The customer may return the product using their preferred shipping company. If you wish for us to handle the return using our transport agency, the cost will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping incidents
All our products are shipped with protective packaging and insured against damage or loss. This means that in case of any shipping incident, the customer is protected, and their order will be replaced at no additional cost.
- However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt. If any damage caused by impact or mishandling by the courier is noticed, request that the courier notes this in the delivery record. Additionally, if any damage is found upon opening the package, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the content and condition of the products. If anything is incorrect, they have 48 hours to contact us and report it.
In both cases, it is crucial to document all relevant observations so that we can exercise our right to claim compensation, whether from the courier in case of damage or the manufacturer if incorrect products were delivered. If the detailed instructions are not followed, Jamon-Iberico.eu will address your claim, but we cannot guarantee compensation for any damages or losses incurred.
The customer agrees to these conditions without reservation before confirming and finalizing their order. Not having read our terms of use before confirming the order will not exempt compliance with them.
