The 100% Iberian acorn-fed morcón from Cortegana (Andalusia, Spain) is made with the best lean and prey meats, which in turn are seasoned according to the traditional recipe (garlic, paprika and other spices). After a period of approx. After 4 months of curing in natural drying rooms, our Iberian morcón is ready to be sent home and you can enjoy it in appetizers, sandwiches or sausage boards.
