Our lomito ibérico de bellota comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs, acorn-fed, making it a "gourmet product," cured and seasoned in the natural drying houses of Cortegana in the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche (Huelva), with cellars belonging to the Protected Designation of Origin of Jabugo.
