Iberian Bacon, Marinated and Cured
Our Iberian bacon is a tasty piece that is extracted from the flank of the Iberian pig, composed of approximately 85% fat. and 15% lean. Following the same production process as other Cortegana Iberian sausages, the bacon is seasoned with spices and cured in natural drying rooms in the Sierra de Aracena, Andalusia (Spain).
Vacuum packed and in 500 gr pieces. You can buy this exquisite appetizer to enjoy grilled on a barbecue or freshly cut into thin slices for your favorite recipes. This product does not contain gluten or lactose but we recommend moderate consumption due to its high calorie content.
