This extra quality Iberian salchichón has been handcrafted in Cortegana (Andalusia, Spain) and matured in the natural drying rooms of the Sierra de Aracena where the best Iberian products in Spain come from. Coming from Iberian pigs that have eaten acorns and other resources from the pasture, the extra quality of the acorn is guaranteed as well as its authentic Iberian flavor.
Our Iberian acorn-fed salchichón is suitable for people intolerant to gluten or lactose and we always recommend that it be cut into thin slices for tasting. Whether in family aperitifs or celebrations with friends, Iberian salchichón cannot be missing from a good charcuterie board.
